BUILDING C — SERVER ROOM Street NBN fibre NTD NBN’s box 4 × UNI‑D ports UNI‑D 1 ⋅ RJ45 GATEWAY UDM Pro Max + 2 × 8 TB, mirrored records the cameras SFP+ ⋅ DAC 10G SWITCH USW‑Pro‑48‑PoE power + data to everything below FOBOT → F‑01 fibre to Building A — the passage cabinet PATCH PANEL 17 cables — C’s and B’s outlets, APs, cameras ACCESS HUB drives C’s door and B’s READER PORTS 2 keypads — C’s door and B’s TERMINAL STRIP 6 runs — exit sensors, door sensors, strikes UNI‑D 2 — spare, held for a tenant’s own service (VLAN 901) POWER UPS holds up the gateway, the switch and the hub — so Building B rides through too, since it has none of its own. Hub battery keeps the doors working past the UPS, once it runs down. Every door still keeps a mechanical key override.
